“Mt Zion is looking for a senior minister who will be a leader in all areas of our church life. That said, it is not expected that the person who fills this leadership role will be solely responsible for planning and executing every event that takes place at Mt Zion. We are, by and large, a lay-led church that operates smoothly using a committee process.”
